Refund Policy

Made to order products

All Mindwall prints are made to order through our production partner.

Because of this, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, including:

  • Selecting the wrong size

  • Changing your mind after purchase

  • Ordering errors

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Report an Issue (7-Day Window)

To lodge a claim:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

How We Resolve Issues

Once approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

In most cases, returns are not required.

Shipping & Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unclaimed or returned parcels

If an item is returned to sender, a reshipping fee may apply.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to fast processing times:

  • Orders can only be cancelled before production begins

  • Once in production, orders cannot be changed or cancelled

Print Variations

Each item is individually printed. Minor differences in:

  • Colour tone

  • Print placement

  • Texture

are normal and not considered defects unless significantly different from what was ordered.

Your Rights

This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which entitles you to a remedy for major faults or misrepresented products.
